Under Side Control Position

I just recorded a quick clip with a few simple techniques under side control for training on your Submission Master grappling dummy.


Here’s a few basics you can do under side-control, for practicing with your Submission Master Grappling Dummy.

The first technique you can do involves shrimping your hips away from your opponentto put him in guard.

The next technique has you pushing behind your opponents tricep, forcing him to base out while you slide your hips back and put him into guard.

The third technique starts the same, but you bridge over your shoulder and come up to your knees.

The final technique starts with putting your leg over your opponents head as though going for an armbar, but ending with a brabo choke on your opponent.
