Here’s some grappling dummy training techniques for when your opponent’s arm’s are between yours, rather than behind them.
These are demonstrated on the Submission Master Grappling Dummy
The first one is a fist choke where your use your chest and body weight to increase the pressure.
The next one uses your bicep to choke your opponent.
Another one can be done when you have a 2 on 1 grip on his arm. You wrap your arm around his neck and complete the submission with a neck crank.
And the final one begins with the same grip, you drive your opponent forward, then fall back to get back mount on your opponent.
