It involves 3 calendars: a yearly, a monthly and a daily. On the yearly calendar, you’ll schedule which areas of your submission wrestling you want to improve, and how long you’re going to devote to it.
In the monthly, you’ll detail what grappling positions or techniques you are specifically going to train on each day of the month.
Then, on the daily calendar, you’ll schedule the exact time you’re going to train each thing on your monthly schedule.
Following this method almost guarantees you’re going to improve your submission wrestling faster than everyone else, and you’re going to improve exactly what you want to.
