Here’s a simple but slick technique to break down an opponent who’s postured up with his hands low near your belt-line and trying to pass your guard.
The steps are:
1 – Reach both hands around the outside of his right arm
2 – Kick your left leg up high behind his right arm while pulling him forward with your hands
3 – Finish with a kimura, omoplata, elbow lock or other technique
