…you can also do a quick, down and dirty bridge to make space and escape your arm. I didn’t want you to miss this one, because it’s worth having in your bag of tricks, as well.
The techniques in yesterdays post mostly involve making space, but this one is pretty much done right from where your at.

Also, I mentioned that there’s other defenses to that position inside the iGrapple, and I recorded a few ways to protect against the kimura from north south that I demo’d on the Submission Master grappling dummy.
