Here’s a way to escape the armbar and 3 cool counter submission you can do immediately from the escape.
All 3 techniques start by separating your opponents legs wider to escape your elbow to the ground.
From there, the first technique is a knee bar using your own leg and hips for leverage.
The second technique is a knee separation over your own calf.
And the final technique is a knee separation over the back of your neck.
